Can I change the delivery address for my order?

Our team works quickly to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. This means that it is not possible to change the order or delivery address. However, once your order has shipped, you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can update the address or redirect the package to a collection facility (options and services vary by carrier).

Why was only part of my order delivered?

If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. We send a shipping confirmation email for each shipment so you know exactly what you'll receive and when you'll receive it.

What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

Sometimes the carrier's tracking information is updated prematurely and it is possible that your package will be delivered within 24 hours. If the estimated delivery date has not been passed, please wait. Your package is on its way. If the estimated delivery date has been passed, please contact us.

Why is my order delayed?

We do our best to deliver orders on time, but sometimes it takes a little longer. Enhanced security practices and high order volumes can sometimes cause delays. Additionally, once an order is shipped, the package may be delayed due to certain circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, incomplete delivery address, or regional service delays.

Where can I find my order number/reference?

You can find your order number in the order status emails you receive.

How can I return and/or cancel an order?

Please contact our customer support team (info@salcoast.com) to initiate the return process and for further assistance.

To cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer support team, for example via our contact form. In any case, it is essential that you provide your order number.

If you have already made the payment, we ask that you inform us of the cancellation as soon as possible.

Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you via an official email.

Please note that once the order is in transit, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Where is my refund?

If all conditions of the Return, Cancellation and Refund Policies are met, customers are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the returned products, excluding shipping costs and/or import and customs fees, if applicable. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We will send you a confirmation email, but it may take up to 14 days to complete your refund.
